My goal as your Realtor®  is to provide professional service, with the highest Honesty and Integrity for complete  personal care for each and every client . I  work hard to help you find the right  property,  or assist in selling your present home. I bring  My passion for  selling Real Estate in the Durham/GTA region is combined with my experience as real estate agent in Durham since 2012.

♦ Work  will with you to ready your home  for Sale.  This means cleaning, decluttering, staging, painting if need be, provide boxes for packing,  and help in the packing theses boxes.   I have no problem getting down and dirty for great end results.  This is all ME helping you.

♦ Identify desirable properties to acquire and will do preliminary investigation and timely information gathering.

♦ Show you properties and homes as often or as many times as required. I am able to show all listings listed through the MLS whether they are listed by me or another realtor®. In addition, I develop relationships with for sale by owners and will advise you about any of these, or exclusive listings.

♦ Give you an estimate of the costs you need to cover in purchasing properties.

I have been living, working and playing in Durham since 2010.  I am well versed with services offered by contractors or individuals that work here. I am here to assist you before and after your purchase and for many years to come. I have also lived many years in the GTA  region and have made it my goal to familiarize myself with a vast areas for better knowledge to provide buyers or sellers in their search.
